1. Warranty Details by Category

Woodwork Warranty: 5-year warranty on modular woodwork against manufacturing and installation defects.

Coverage includes: plywood, BWP plywood, blockboard, and commercial plywood.

Structural coverage: edge-band peeling, delamination, bending (above 8mm), and borer infection.

⚠️ Note: Damage due to water seepage, poor site conditions, or negligence is not covered.

Accessories, Hardware & Appliances: Covered as per the manufacturer's warranty. Rusting is not covered. Avoid chemical sprays or harsh cleaners.

Countertops: No warranty on granite, quartz, or engineered stone. Leakage from taps or drainpipes post-handover is not covered.

Civil Works: No warranty on tiling, gas piping, false ceiling, paint, wallpaper, glass, or mirrors. Inspect during handover.

Electrical & Plumbing: Must be inspected during handover. Issues post-handover are not covered.

2. Limitations to Warranty

1. Damage from misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear is not covered.

2. Only bends greater than 3mm will be addressed by Innches.

3. Water seepage not covered beyond: 72 hrs (BWP IS710), 48 hrs (BWR IS303), 24 hrs (PB/HDF).

4. Discoloration due to sunlight, heat, or moisture on wood/laminates is excluded.

5. Harsh cleaners or abrasives void the warranty.

6. Rusting from moisture or chemicals is not covered.

7. Pest or pet damage (e.g., termites, ants, rats, dogs) voids the warranty.

3. To Claim Warranty

1. Raise a request via www.innches.com.

2. One free service visit within 6 months post-handover for basic checks (hinges, channels, etc.).

3. Covers alignment, loose parts, drawer function, and wiring concealment (TV unit).

4. Post free-visit, service is chargeable.

5. Service fee: ₹750 per visit (no replacements included).

6. Extra cost (₹500+) may apply for damages outside warranty (e.g., rust, water, breakage).
