At Innches, we specialize in bespoke interior design — crafting spaces where beauty meets function. Our passion lies in creating environments that are not only visually appealing but truly livable. Transforming a home involves coordination across multiple vendors and phases. With Innches, you don’t have to navigate this complexity alone. We plan, organize, and manage each stage of the interior journey, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free experience from concept to completion. Our dedicated team ensures that every design is both aesthetically refined and highly functional, with meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to timelines. We maintain complete transparency in pricing, with no hidden fees — including handling, design fee or transportation costs.

We offer a tailor-made full interior or a renovation/remodelling of the space. We get involved in the civil modification, electricals, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, modular, fixed carpentry, loose furniture & styling.

It is always advisable that you reach out to us at a minimum of 2 months prior to possession. It takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks minimum for design, and the execution could take between 12-14 weeks. This, however, is solely dependent on the level of detail of the project and the square footage.

Creative Director ---- along with a team of 1 Design Lead, will be designing the project. The execution stage will be taken care by the Director ---alongside the in-house execution team.

We only conduct the first site visit after the project is officially signed on.

We give 2 options for each space. Any option beyond that is chargeable.

We do not follow any specific style and are open to take up new challenges in terms of design direction. We like to create spaces along the preferred design language of the client, unless they are open to giving us a free hand.

The project will be professionally supervised and managed by a site engineer and a project manager. The site engineer oversees day-to-day on-site execution, while the project manager ensures everything aligns with the approved design, quality standards, and timelines.

Currently, Innches delivers home interior projects exclusively within Bengaluru. However, we do consider projects across Karnataka, provided the client is comfortable traveling to Bengaluru for key discussions and milestone meetings.

Innches deliver modular furniture projects within 45 days, ensuring a perfect balance of speed and quality. For larger or fully customized designs, the timeline may extend to 60–90 days to allow for thoughtful planning and precise execution. This reflects Innches’ commitment to high-quality, well-crafted interiors delivered within practical timeframes

We follow a research-based process, allowing us to carefully assess all parts of the design before execution. As we deliver turn-key projects, we’ve developed a habit of questioning each execution method, allowing us to replace redundant methods with innovative and new solutions. MEET THE DESIGNER :We carefully listen and list down your requirements for your dream space DESIGN : We design the narrative through drawings and illustrations, layouts, mood boards, and designs to create solutions that fit the space and feel just right.We develop detailed 3D designs, technical drawings, and meticulously curated materials for the project. EXECUTE: Once the BOQ is approved, we move into production — translating the finalized designs into reality. Our team ensures timely material delivery to your site, with regular updates to keep you fully informed every step of the way. DELIVER : We take care of installing the interiors and adding those final touches with styling to make the space look complete and feel like home.We carry out final snagging to ensure that we deliver the best result.

All Carcasses : 2 grades of plywood IS 303 MR GRADE ( All dry areas) and IS 710 BWP ( For all wet areas including kitchen , utility and toilets) For Shutters : BLOCKBOARD / HDHMR depending on the finish selected by the client External finishes : Laminate, Acrylic, Veneer, PU Paint and Lacquered Glass

To visualize the proposed design for your house, Innches creates a 3D visual on sketchup based on your preferences and requirements.3D visualizations provide a realistic preview of how the design will look, including colors, textures, materials, and finishes while this allows you to experience the design before it's implemented, Once the design is finalized the 2D detail drawings are prepared which covers all the dimensions and selection details along with on site and modular works detail.
